Patsy St Lawrence
November 27, 1945 - July 24, 2023
Patsy St Lawrence died peacefully in her daughter’s home on Monday, July 24, 2023.
Patsy was born on November 27, 1945, in Jesup, Georgia.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Bill Newbold; her daughter-in-law, Sherree Teston; her four much-beloved grandchildren, Katie Niven (Michael), Eva Newbold, Michael Teston, and Will Newbold; and her four much-adored great-grandchildren, Hunter Anderson, McKenzie White, Bentlee Niven, and Axel Niven.
Patsy was predeceased by her son, Kerry Teston; her husband and soulmate, Al St Lawrence; her parents, Henry and Eva Watson; and her siblings, Jeanette Shenk and Bobby Watson.
She and her husband, Al, were avid fans of Georgia Bulldogs football, and she rarely missed a game, attending either in person or watching on tv – always enthusiastically cheering the team on.
A memorial gathering will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 29, at the Fox & Weeks Hodgson Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Patsy’s memory to Hospice Savannah, P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA, 31416.
My love and condolences to the entire family. Pat was a dear friend. She and Al and John and I shared many good times. I will miss her terribly, but I know she is at peace.
